The player is given a word search puzzle, like this example:
Depending on how you prefer to play, the player can either be
given a general clue as to what type of words to look for
(e.g. "Animals A to Z"), or told the precise list of words to look for:
The objective of the game is to locate all the words in the puzzle.

Variations
Word Search Printer also allows you to create puzzles of
different shapes. Here's of a word search puzzle containing words
related to aviation, which as you can see, is shaped like the outline
of an aeroplane:
